![Ya… I gained some weight over the Holidays just like I thought I would. Even when I try to put a program together for my instagram homies via #wellnesschallenge … My laziness and the cookies and chips at work overcame me πππ My biggest pitfall is portion control (I always feel bad for wasting food and my eyes r bigger than my tummy) AND my inability to get out of the house to run in the cold (when it’s cold I’m never in the mood to do anything [cook, clean, workout, Hw, etc…]). That #weighin definitely slapped me across the face… It’s on now!!! π Plan: For the next two weeks I’m going #vegetarian just to flush out my system and to get my #metabolism back on track… Then it’s muscle time!!
